Refund Policy

At Your Website Name, we primarily sell digital products including software, mobile applications, website templates, website scripts, source code, themes, plugins, digital tools, and other downloadable digital content. Since digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all purchases are generally considered final. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund on Digital Products

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available in your customer account, it is considered accepted by the customer. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the circumstances specifically mentioned in this policy.

Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment processing error.
• Payment was successfully deducted, but the order was not created and the digital product was not delivered.
• You received a product that is completely different from the product description displayed at the time of purchase.
• The purchased product cannot be delivered due to a verified technical issue on our platform that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be approved for the following reasons:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You no longer require the product.
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
• You failed to read the product description before purchasing.
• You are unable to use the product because of your own software, hardware, hosting, or technical environment.
• You expected features that were not mentioned in the product description.
• You accidentally deleted or lost the downloaded files.
• You requested a refund after downloading or accessing the product.

Duplicate Payments

If your account is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway or banking issue, please contact us with your transaction details. After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment remains pending or fails but your bank account has been debited, the payment will be handled according to your bank's or payment gateway's settlement process. If the amount is received by us without creating a valid order, we will either complete your order or process a refund after verification.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the digital product has been delivered or made available for download. Once delivery has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in suspension of your customer account and restriction from future purchases. We encourage customers to contact us so that any payment-related issues can be resolved promptly.
